Within the quality policy of Noord Lab Center dba MedLab, states the commitment of the organization to satisfy the client through compliance with its requirements and expectations, but we understand that there may be opportunities in which your expectations as a client fail to be met to your complete satisfaction, for this reason for our working group it is important that you let us know from here our slogan “your satisfaction is important please let us know if you are not satisfied, we want to do it right”
The best way to convey your dissatisfaction is by expressing it to our group of professionals in charge of receiving your complaints, who will immediately document your disagreement and in a short period (before 72 hours) and in case it is necessary up to 6 weeks, they will be giving solution to them, always evidencing the improvement opportunities that allow us to enrich our system and improve our service, in the same way you can fill out our complaint form that is on this page, you can download it and print it to get it to the laboratory or you can send it by e-mail to complaints@lab.aw
You will find a flow chart with the steps that follow a complaint in our institution, from the reception until the solution of the same, you will be informed of the measures taken and if you are satisfied the complaint will be closed, otherwise we will seek all the alternatives until they generate their satisfaction and compliance.
